Hi ladies, I'm Katrina


I was born in Clearwater, Florida, and from an early age, I faced profound challenges. By sixteen, I had already encountered deep emotional pain, and a year later, I grappled with thoughts of ending my life, following my grandmother's tragic passing. My journey through addiction, including substance abuse and alcoholism, was a struggle for connection and self-worth.

In search of stability, I married a man with two children, seeking safety and support. At 28, I welcomed a beautiful baby girl, but despite this blessing, I felt disconnected from life and overwhelmed by self-loathing.

A pivotal moment came shortly after my daughter's birth in 2007 when I stepped naked in front of a full length mirror and performed 100 jumping jacks. This act ignited a profound quest for self-discovery, understanding, and purpose and would send me on a wild 10 year journey of seeking the truth.

Since 2014, I've traveled paths that included, multiple rehabs, led me into the rooms of Alcoholic Anonymous, yoga teacher training, masterminds, multiple plant ceremonies and extensive coaching. In 10 years I spent close to quarter million in money looking for truth.

What I learned along the way is that you get what you seek, so choose wisely what it is your need. I've also learned that change is not meant to be done alone and that FIT with what I believed in my spirit about truly being able to walk one another home along our TIME here.

Now, my mission is create a morning community for women to gather, get FIT for the day and filled with faith, friendships and fine tuning our inner FIT for the day.
